Physical activity is the second hallmark of a life well-lived because it promotes well-being. Exercise is good for all your 11 body systems including cardiovascular, respiratory, integumentary (skin), endocrine (diabetes), and can protect you from developing cancer, which can affect any body system. Discussed are the benefits of physical activity, how exercise can promote weight loss when diet alone isn't enough, how to prevent injury, and how to know if you're exercising at maximum capacity.
